The Challenge

ProCreche Solutions began with a strong vision: build a digital platform capable of modernising how childcare organisations operate and interact with partners. The challenge was architecting a complete digital product ecosystem from the ground up, not simply developing a website. The platform needed to support multiple user groups operating in one environment, simplify workflows for non-technical users, provide scalable infrastructure for long-term growth, support a subscription-based business model, and maintain secure data separation between organisations. In addition to the SaaS platform, the client also needed a public-facing website that clearly communicated the platform value and helped attract early users.

The Solution

One S Digital approached the engagement as a full digital product build. First, we designed the product architecture and mapped how different user roles would interact across real operational workflows. The platform was structured for childcare organisations, suppliers, service providers, educators, and parents to operate independently within a shared ecosystem. Next, we delivered UX and interface design focused on role-specific dashboards, simplified workflows, clear operational status tracking, and intuitive onboarding. We then engineered the platform using a modern full-stack approach with multi-tenant organisation support, secure role-based permissions, scalable cloud infrastructure, and future-ready expansion paths. A core part of the build was subscription and billing infrastructure, including plan management, recurring payments, invoicing, account billing dashboards, plan upgrades and downgrades, and payment history tracking. Alongside the platform, we designed and developed the public website to explain the concept clearly, build credibility, attract organisations and partners, and support growth marketing.
